NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF THE
DALLAS FRIDAY GROUP (THE ASSOCIATION)

December 13, 2023

Notice is hereby given to the members of the Association that a meeting of the members of the Association will be held on December 13, 2023, at noon Central time, at Arlington Hall, during the scheduled monthly event for the purpose of electing the directors and officers of the Association.

In accordance with the Amended and Restated Articles of Association and Bylaws of the Association, the Nominating Committee and the Board of Directors of the Dallas Friday Group are pleased to nominate the following directors and slate of officers to serve effective January 1, 2024, for the terms set forth below:

New Directors

Michael Grace, Managing Principal, Metro Development Consulting - 1st term, ending 12/31/2026

Ashley McConkey, Director of Government Relations, Texas Instruments - 1st term, ending 12/31/2026

Todd Howard, Executive Vice President and Director - North Texas, Kirksey Architecture - 1st term, ending 12/31/2026
