NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF THE
DALLAS FRIDAY GROUP (THE ASSOCIATION)

December 2, 2025

Notice is hereby given to the members of the Association that a meeting of the members of the Association will be held on December 2, 2025, at 6 PM, central time at Tolleson, 8111 Douglas Ave, Dallas, Texas 75225 (Penthouse Level); during the scheduled event for the purpose of electing the directors and officers of the Association.

In accordance with the Amended and Restated Articles of Association and Bylaws of the Association, the Nominating Committee and the Board of Directors of the Dallas Friday Group are pleased to nominate the following directors and slate of officers to serve effective January 1, 2025, for the terms set forth below:
